Become a volunteer!

The World Festival of Sacred Music is seeking volunteers who can generously donate their time and energy towards the 2011 Festival. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of others to help make each one of our event a success.

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
• Distributing brochures and flyers in the neighborhoods where you live, work and play
• Staffing the Festival information table at each event
• Providing hospitality at each event (as needed)
• Helping with administrative/office tasks

We especially need volunteers for our Opening Event, Honoring the Sea, on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Santa Monica Beach anytime between 9:00am to 7:00pm.

For the events that you work, you will receive one seat so that you may experience one of our many eclectic and outstanding events. Your graciousness is critical for making this Festival a huge success. We hope that you can volunteer and experience one of the greatest city-wide events that Los Angeles has ever experienced!

CHOOSE YOUR EVENTS

Select 1-3 events you would like to volunteer for (see the Festival calendar for complete schedule). Check the box below if you wish to volunteer for more events. Duties include: set up of Festival table for media sales; display of Festival banners; and help with hospitality when needed.

VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS

In addition to the events you choose to work on, we ask you to commit to the following:

1)Have your own car transportation to each event.
2)Distribute Festival brochures and postcards.
2)Help with the Honoring the Sea, Saturday October 1, Santa Monica Beach.

If you are unable to volunteer your time, but would like to support the Festival, we are currently accepting in-kind donations and tax deductible contributions.
